Aronov Realty Management Inc.

Responsibilities are to show and lease Apartment homes, take and dispatch residents work order calls, make physical inspections of the grounds and buildings for 3 Apartment Communities, to collect rent as necessary, also to assist in the changing of  filters and bulbs as needed, and the compilation of data for various required reports.

 

11/02 – 4/03                           Windows 2000 Migration Team Lead,

Colonial Bank [HP/K Force Professional contact]

Responsibilities are contacting the sites point of contact for location and to verify time and date of migration. I would also verify that the site equipment and new hardware inventory match and verify that the old server backup is current. Then I would assign technicians to place new machines next to the old machines and record workstation information of the old machines. During this, I would setup and configure the new server, install and test network printers. Once the new server is confirmed to be on the Colonial Bank Domain by Colonial IT, the setup and configuration of the back office and teller platforms can begin. After completion of the site migration, the sites point of contact and others [if available] verify whether they have access to all previous file and applications they would normally have access to.

Earthlink [TAC contract]

I resolved issues concerning dialup connectivity, account maintenance [email, access numbers, password resets, personal web and start pages], and proper configuration of the customers machine. I assist Earthlink users with the configuration of their machines browser and email client, creation of DUN (windows) / TCP/IP [Mac TCP] and Remote Access / Open Transport (mac). I support dialup users on the Mac OS 7.51 - X and on all Windows Platforms (3.1 Win XP). I also assist in the setup of wireless (PDA, and cell) devises to access users email accounts.

Supported GE users with initial set up of Mainframe Gold and LAN/E-mail accounts, server rights/permissions, Dial-up and VPN accounts [sent user info to the individual admin groups]. I helped users with installing and configuring Win
95/98/NT/2000, MS Office products [95-2000 versions], SoftId and other GE Power Systems coreload /non-coreload software. Reset Mainframe and NT/2000 passwords, RMT Printers and cleared pin/synchronized token for users SoftId. I helped users with connectivity issues to intranet and exchange servers through Dial-up, and VPN.

Connected to and resolved client issues on Windows NT 3.1 and 4.0, and Novell servers and workstations. Assisted and trained new techs in resolving hardware and software issues. I was assigned to the Crown / Kangaroo Client Support team and as the senior technician for the second shift.
